Thanks to MacDermid Autotype’s exclusive hard surface coating and ink primer technologies they have been able to enhance the exceptional properties of polyester films to offer a truly versatile range of high performance graphic films. The SIGMAGraF films can be ink jet imaged (aqueous dye, pigment and UV curing inks) and even screen printed. All films offer outstanding performance in the most demanding conditions whilst maintaining stunning colour punch for the most compelling images.

SIGMAGraF TM PLUS TEXTURED MATT CLEAR POLYESTER FILM

A 165 micron (215gsm) REVERSE PRINTABLE textured matt clear polyester film with a SCRATCH RESISTANT hard coated top surface and a UNIVERSAL inkjet receptive coated bottom surface. Provides scratch resistant graphics for many applications: pop up and roll up displays, exhibition panels, point of sale posters, banners, counter graphics, backlit displays and many more. No need to overlaminate.

WATERBASED DYE and PIGMENT INKS

SIGMAGraF BACKSTOP POLYESTER BLOCKOUT BACKING FILM

A matching polyester support system for use with SIGMAGraF TM printed display graphics. BACKSTOP is a fully opaque BLOCKOUT film with a white pressure sensitive adhesive suitable for cold roller laminating. Simply reverse-print on the underside of SIGMAGraF TM PLUS and laminate with BACKSTOP to produce durable pop-up graphic displays.

SIGMAGraF TM SHIELD GRAPHIC and SURFACE PROTECTION FILM

Premium graphic and surface protection film you can count on. Stabilized, optical polyester film with SIGMAGraF’s unique tough TEXTURED MATT hardcoat on the top surface and pressure sensitive solvent acrylic adhesive on the bottom face. The super tough hardcoat offers exceptional SCRATCH, IMPACT and CHEMICAL resistance while maintaining excellent clarity with colour and graphic detail. SIGMAGraF Shield can be laminated to protect existing graphics and smooth surfaces.
